Communication:
A complex,
interconnected network
How’s your communication
ecosystem? The website. Social media. Press releases. Blogs. Marketing materials. Employee newsletters. Talking points. Crisis Strategy. All these play a role in providing the consistency and coordination required to effectively communicate.

How we helped an industry organization evolve its communication
Six years ago, an alliance of companies was a new group with a hastily assembled website that was little more than a list of members. Six years later, the organization has emerged as an influential industry leader, with a communications network that includes social media sites, website, blog, a book, and numerous press releases and statements. And another book is in the works.
The Challenge
The Challenge
The organization has a clear, consistent identity that accurately reflects its business objectives and priorities. Its entire communications ecosystem is aligned, and all communication supports the organization’s overall goals.
The Outcome
The Outcome
CMC first synched the group’s social media sites to its key messages and target audiences, and also produced a press release template to do the same. Our team created a new website that clearly reflected the organization’s priorities, partnerships, messaging, history, and membership. Its blog was integrated into the new website. CMC also created a strategic plan for the group’s second book.

How we helped ...
“CMC knew exactly what I needed.”
“I’m trained in architecture and construction and have built wonderful structures. But I realized I needed help telling that story of success to clients and prospects. The team at Cindy Miller Communications first studied my business and then created a communications plan to align my website, blog, talking points, marketing material and LinkedIn profile. CMC knew exactly what I needed.”
